 No, Pocket Aloft can only sync to one master desktop at a time. If you have Aloft installed on two desktop systems, only one desktop can be the master. You can only copy the logbook between desktops using the Backup and Restore options on the File menu. Once you do a sync with Pocket Aloft to a desktop that desktop be comes the master copy and would need to be copied to the other desktop before it can be synced to Pocket Aloft.
